Existing roof structure had to be retained where possible with occasional new timbers spliced in place to secure some defective timbers
New felt, battens and blue bangor slates to pitched roof areas
New copper to all flat valleys
New copper cladding to some dormers
New lead cladding to some dormers
New cast iron rainwater goods
